Townsend Search Group is pleased to announce Alexandra Ochalek has joined our team as a Director. With a background that spans corporate law and wealth management, Ochalek specializes in C-Suite placements for emerging and innovative growth companies nationwide.
Throughout her career, she has guided both companies and investors through complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and corporate governance. She advises clients across industries, including fintech, consumer goods, manufacturing, software, and artificial intelligence.
“For our middle market and lower middle market clients currently executing or planning future growth strategies, Alexandra’s experience will be key,” said Townsend Senior Managing Director Tom Chinonis. “She has seen first-hand the type of leadership skills and capabilities our clients need in the C-Suite to reach their goals,” Chinonis said.

Before joining Townsend Search Group, Ochalek worked as a Start-up and Venture Capital Attorney at an international law firm in New York. Prior to that, she gained extensive wealth management experience at J.P. Morgan, serving in various positions across the firm’s New York, Dallas, and metro-Detroit offices.
