“I enjoy making a personal connection with people and having impact on their lives. Successful, lasting unions take
an investment of time to understand both the requisite background and the intangibles of the client and candidates. Integrating the needs of both will bring together a cohesive unit. When I visit a client and encounter many people there whom I’ve placed, there is gratification to see their success and how it’s positively impacting the company.
You feel a part of it.”

LET'S TALK.
We see executive search as far more than filling a role—to us, it is a highly personalized process producing profoundly impactful leaders that fulfill long-term goals, influence strategic plans and impact decision-making across the organization.
MORE ABOUT TONY’S JOURNEY.
Tony’s upbringing taught many values that he holds in high regard including the building of strong, meaningful relationships, being relatable to people from all walks of life, being determined, accountable and task-oriented and learning through listening. Tony’s grandfather owned a heating and ventilation business and had mastery of many things mechanical. He built his own homes, sharing those mechanical skills with Tony, but also his business and relationship acumen. Before turning 16, Tony had already helped restore 1953 and 1966 Chevy pickup trucks. Tony’s example was to be self-sufficient and industrious; he was a paperboy at 11 and as a teen worked numerous jobs including landscaping, fast-food, grocery and consumer retail.
At age 12, Tony accompanied his grandfather to his investment advisor, beginning his interest and education about financial markets. This interest led him to pursue a finance degree at Michigan State. Tony’s hometown was demographically and socioeconomically diverse, making him artful at finding common ground with anybody. The search profession taps into that fundamental understanding of people and abilities to reach deep to find a candidate’s purpose.
As a child, Tony developed an interest in history, world news and politics sparked by early reading of World Book encyclopedias about foreign countries and epochal events. He is an avid reader whose interests include the Civil War, World War II and presidential history. Fiercely devoted to family, Tony stepped in as custodian of his aging grandmother after his grandfather passed and for five years until she passed away from Alzheimer’s disease.
Tony volunteers at his church and with its Catechism program to set the example for his kids’ spiritual and moral growth. He enjoys working on his house, music, watching his children’s sports, vacationing with his family and hanging out with friends.
STRANGE BUT TRUE.
Tony is an aficionado of bad TV. He proudly owns all 14 seasons of the television series “Dallas” that premiered in 1978.
