In 2014, the client company contracted with Townsend Search Group to identify a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through a tumultuous period. The candidate who emerged from the search was able to steer the company through many challenges and usher in a new era of prosperity.
After eight years of leadership, the incumbent CEO announced their retirement and retained Townsend to identify the company’s next leader.
